These Terms of Service govern your use of BaselineBarbers.com and the online services provided by Baseline Barbers LLC.

Online Check-In

Online check-in is provided as a convenience and does not guarantee an exact service time. Estimated wait times and queue positions may change based on barber availability, customer service times, walk-in traffic, and other operating conditions.

A customer is not considered confirmed in the shop waiting list until the online check-in has been accepted and confirmed by Baseline Barbers.

SMS Messages

If you provide your mobile number and consent to text messaging, Baseline Barbers may send transactional SMS messages related to your online check-in or visit. Messages may include verification codes, waiting-list confirmation, estimated wait updates, notifications that your turn is approaching, cancellation notices, and other visit-status information.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring your queue status. Baseline Barbers may cancel or expire an online check-in if a customer cannot be reached, does not arrive within a reasonable period, or otherwise fails to respond when service becomes available.

Service Availability

Website features, online check-in, wait-time information, and SMS services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, network conditions, third-party services, or technical issues.
